Genetic test Prevention Complete

The lifestyle that is right for you has a major influence on the activation of the genetic variants analysed in the Prevention Complete genetic test.

A large number of diseases that you suffer from in old age, such as heart attacks, strokes, dementia, diabetes mellitus, various types of cancer and many others, are caused in part by genetic variants. The lifestyle that is right for you individually has a major influence on the activation of these genetic variants. In this way, diseases can be prevented or at least postponed until later in life.

The Prevention Complete genetic test checks up to 90 different genes for variants. It is the most comprehensive genetic analysis available and covers the most important topics in prevention. Our results show you your individual risk for various diseases. Cardiovascular disease, thrombosis, metabolic syndrome, inflammation management, and slow detoxification with an increased risk of cancer are just a few examples.

This genetic test has been compiled for you by specialists in preventive medicine so that you can find out what you can do to stay healthy for longer. We will advise you individually and comprehensively on your results.

The following risks are checked in this genetic test:

Coronary heart disease, heart attack, aneurysm, stroke, thrombosis, high blood pressure, lipid metabolism disorder, adult-onset diabetes, obesity, lactose intolerance, osteoporosis, individual vitamin requirements, inflammation, risk of HIV infection, detoxification, drug tolerance, QT prolongation, statin tolerance, hormone replacement therapy, stress management, depression, burnout, vascular and Alzheimer’s dementia, macular degeneration, breast cancer, prostate cancer, colon cancer, lung cancer.

Nutrition genetic test

The lifestyle that is right for you has a major influence on the activation of the genetic variants analysed in the Nutrition genetic test.

Many diseases that you suffer from in old age, such as heart attacks, strokes and thrombosis, are partly caused by genetic variants. The optimal diet for you individually helps you to avoid various diseases of old age that are partly caused by poor nutrition.

That is why the Nutrition Gene Test checks up to 40 different genes for their variants. It is a gene test that focuses on important nutritional issues. Our results show you your individual risk for various diseases. Diabetes, obesity, lipid metabolism disorders and lactose intolerance are just a few examples.

This genetic test has been compiled for you by specialists in preventive medicine so that you can find out what you can do to stay healthy for longer. Your doctor will advise you individually and comprehensively about your results.

The following risks are checked in this genetic test:

Arteriosclerosis (calcification of the blood vessels), lipid metabolism disorder, adult-onset diabetes, insulin resistance, obesity, vitamin deficiency, lactose intolerance, osteoporosis, detoxification, macular degeneration.

Hormone genetic test (HRT)

The lifestyle that is right for you has a major influence on the activation of the genetic variants analysed in the hormone genetic test (HRT).

Would you like to know whether taking hormones during menopause could be a good decision for you? Then select the HRT panel. Oestrogen has a protective effect against the following health risks: heart attack, Alzheimer’s disease, osteoporosis, colon cancer, incontinence, and it helps with some forms of depression.

Oestrogen does not cause breast cancer, but it can stimulate existing breast cancer. It is therefore important to consider the risk of breast cancer and the breakdown of oestrogen. In addition, oral oestrogen administration is not recommended for certain thrombosis risks.

The HRT Panel checks these genetic variants and gives you a personalised recommendation on whether hormone replacement therapy is right for you and, if so, how you should go about it.

This genetic test has been compiled for you by specialists in preventive medicine so that you can find out what you can do to stay healthy for longer. We will advise you individually and comprehensively on your results.

The following risks are checked in this genetic test:

Coronary heart disease, aneurysm, heart attack, Alzheimer’s dementia, thrombosis, osteoporosis, estrogen depletion, tamoxifen depletion, breast cancer.

DETOX genetic test

The Detox gene test checks approximately 30 different genes for variants. Your detoxification enzymes are responsible for breaking down toxins and medications. Only optimal interaction between the individual detoxification enzymes ensures optimal detoxification and counteracts the development of cancer.

With the DETOX gene test, you can find out which lifestyle is ideal for you in order to support your enzymes and thus counteract various types of cancer.

This genetic test has been compiled for you by specialists in preventive medicine so that you can find out what you can do to stay healthy for longer. We will advise you individually and comprehensively on your results.

The following risks are checked in this genetic test:

Phase 1 and phase 2 detoxification and drug tolerance.

Genetic analysis procedure

After receiving detailed advice and deciding on one of the genetic tests, you will receive a medical history questionnaire based on an interview/medical history. Once your data has been recorded, you will be given an appointment for a blood or saliva sample to be taken. The results of the respective analysis take up to 6 weeks. You will then be given an appointment to discuss the results and receive recommendations for further action.
