Nutritional psychology counselling focuses on the patient as a person, taking into account their life situation and eating habits. Nutritional psychology counselling combines nutritional knowledge and psychology, thus enabling a holistic view of the individual.
Miriam Knüsel has studied the complex subject of nutritional psychology extensively and is currently training to become a nutritional psychology consultant (IKP). She is able to offer comprehensive advice, support and guidance on all aspects of nutritional psychology at forMed Meggen.
Eating is often associated with stress and frustration. In nutritional psychology counselling, I focus on the client’s needs and accompany them step by step towards enjoyable eating and their ideal weight. We look for solutions that can be easily implemented in everyday life.

Lifestyle counselling is a personal form of support that helps you to cope with the challenges of everyday life, set goals and achieve them.
The term lifestyle change describes a change in a patient’s way of life. This essentially includes changes to their diet, exercise habits and exposure to stress. Lifestyle changes should primarily be a preventive measure to forestall the initial manifestation of an impending illness. However, they can also serve to prevent the progression of an existing illness.
