Ästhetische Medizin Luzern

Hello, my name is Melissa, it’s great to have you here!
I am a total family person, love being outdoors and have a weakness for good food.
I enjoy the little things in life and am full of gratitude.
For me, it is important to listen to your own body and go through life with self-care and mindfulness.

What fascinates me about Ayurveda is that even small things can have a big impact and that it works with supplements rather than prohibitions.
I am inspired by Ayurveda’s holistic and highly individual approach, which strengthens my way of thinking.
I look forward to accompanying you on your journey to improved body awareness, increased well-being and serenity with my massages and nutritional recommendations!

Ayurveda

Ayurveda takes a holistic approach, taking into account the individual constitution, according to which body, mind and soul should be brought into harmony to maintain health. With nutrition, massages and healing herbal therapies, as well as recommendations for everyday life, you can regain your balance and improve your health, vitality and zest for life. According to Ayurveda, every person has three life energies (doshas). These energies, pitta, vata and kapha, are present in the body in varying proportions. The combination of these energies determines a person’s constitution and personality traits, and thus also their health and resilience.

My vision: Ayurveda for women

With my Ayurvedic massages and nutritional recommendations, I support you in improving and strengthening your health, vitality and zest for life in all cycles of womanhood.
I focus on your individual starting point in order to find and maintain your personal balance.
My Ayurvedic nutritional recommendations support you in learning mindful consumption habits so that your inner and outer well-being can improve.

For Ayurvedic massages, I use only the highest quality herbal oils, which strengthen, cleanse and revitalise the tissue deep down. The warm oils have a pain-relieving and calming effect on the nervous system. In addition, endorphin production is activated and the connection between body and mind is strengthened.

dietary advice

In Ayurveda, nutrition is the key to our physical and mental well-being. It can be used both to maintain health and for healing purposes. In addition to general nutritional recommendations, the main focus is on optimally tailoring nutrition to individual needs and circumstances.

It is recommended to eat according to your individual dosha, change combinations and add certain herbs and spices.

Food not only gives us valuable vital energy, but also physical health, a contented soul and a clear mind. Fresh foods are selected to suit the constitution type as well as the time of day and season, and are thus tailored to the individual metabolism.

Ayurvedic herbs and spices add variety to the taste of prepared dishes and have a positive effect on the human organism.

Ayurveda does not work with prohibitions, but rather tries to find supplements that are easy to implement and suitable for everyday life.
